  釀酒設備運輸出現變形的原因:1、酒罐整體膨脹是由于罐體設計壁厚不夠或超壓運行,以致整臺罐車或某些截面產生屈服變形而形成。如充裝液化石油氣的鐵路罐車因充裝過量,在溫度升高的情況下罐內液體體積膨脹,壓和劇烈上升,因而發生整體膨脹變形,使罐體由原來的圓筒形變成腰鼓形。這種變形一般都是緩慢進行的,只有在特殊的監測下才能發現。2、罐體變形主要是體在長期使用后,整體或局部地方發生內何形狀的改變,罐體的變形一般可以表現為局部鼓包,整體膨脹等幾種形式。罐體鼓包常常是由于罐體的某一承壓面發生了嚴重的腐蝕,壁厚顯著減薄,在內壓作用下發生向外凸起,鼓包變形使罐體在該處的壁厚進步減薄。

  釀酒設備運輸的注意事項:計算液體體積的時候須留足產品因熱膨脹時漲裂10%的空間,防止鋼桶跌落變形時漲裂;如果是固體,則需要一定體積的鋼桶試裝,然后換算成須裝重量要求體積的鋼桶,但也須留足一定空間,用于內襯塑料袋包扎;如果裝低沸點在60℃以下的產品,則要充分考慮到蒸汽壓力,液體蒸汽壓力隨溫度升高而增大,還要考慮可能遇到的儲運最高溫度,一般要考慮到55℃,有些地區要考慮到60℃之間溫差;溫度高于60℃的話,則要考慮到儲運的最低溫度,溫差導致鋼桶產生負壓。
